Table tennis’ tables were set up under the courtyard before the playpen and Teqball’s tables were set up next to it. At 11 am the event was launched and representatives of each federation were ready to introduce passers-by to their sport.

Table tennis was well represented as Olympic athletes Anolyn Lulu and Yoshua Shing did us the honor of being there. They brought table tennis to the fore and allowed curious people to learn basic techniques.

Teqball was also successful. Indeed, the sports development officers made a demonstration that caught the eye of passers-by. This technical sport is indeed very pleasant to watch but not so easy to practice. It is especially popular with students because it requires little equipment and is played with two persons minimums.

The next event will take place at the end of April. Stay tuned for all the information on the next Pop-Up.
